Back to home after 4 months vacation to singapore. Oops not vacation, its my first semester at NUS but seriously it looked like a vacation for me. Now i am at home for three months vacation. NUS is a cool university with lot of opportunities, if you know to utilize it then you are the don there.
Now about Chennai, it is very hot now, as all know MAY month is famous for its scorching sun. I am so tired with this heat in chennai. When i say like this dont think that i have come from a country where there is snowfall daily. Nothing of the sort, Singapore doesnt have season or fall in specific. Every day it rains and every day it shines, max temperature is 34 and min temperature is 24 daily in singapore. Its just the matter or 5deg extra in chennai. For me its not that hot in chennai, as a chennaitian summer fall is usual for me and this year is far better than the last year. Last tuesday the mecury bulb touched 39deg C in chennai making it the hottest day of may month in chennai 2010.
Went to avatar movie with friends. Movie is good but lenghthy one, about graphics only hollywood can do such kind of graphics and its mind throbbing. Just imagine, the movie got released in december and its still being screened in Satyam. 160 days and still counting, i guess this is the first hollywood movie which is being screened for more than 4 months and you cant find a vacant seat in any show even now. Wow satyam theatre is superb with new cushion seats, singapore theatres are worse compared to satyam theatres. Avatar got released with Vettaikaran and its still running with vijay's new movie sura. I dont want to waste even a single word reviewing sura.
Exams @ NUS - Results by MAY last. Exam pattern is so different from indian standards and only when results comes we will know whether the approach we followed to study in semester 1 is correct or semester 1 is awakening call for us. Lets watch the play!!!
